Admin Cum HR Assistant

Job Description :

  • Responsibilities include managing the Director’s day-to-day administrative and operational issues.
  • Make appointments, take minutes at meetings, plan trips, and send general correspondence.
  • Willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • When necessary, complete ad-hoc assignments.
  • Assists the director with office activities or operations on a day-to-day basis.
  • Managing email inquiries Maintaining a method for filling out documents
  • Ensure that office policies and procedures are up to date and in good working order.
  • Provide quotes, reports, invoices, and claims, as well as administrative support.
  • Handle all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, orientation, performance evaluation, training programmes, industry connections, and other routine HR tasks.
  • Update, file, generate reports, monitor, and record each employee’s personal information, leave, attendance, and daily attendance for all corporate employees.
  • Prepare and file any staff-related letters or memos.
  • Assist in the process of employee performance appraisal
  • Comply with and implement the instructions of superior officers from time to time
